Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 11, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Tuesday Command ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use www.tuesdaycommand.com (the "Service").

1. Information we collect

  • Account information — your name, email address, and password (stored as a secure hash).
  • Workspace content — boards, items, comments, pages, files, and form submissions you or your team create.
  • Billing information — handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Usage data — basic technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) used for security and to operate the Service.
  • Form submissions — if you fill out a public form created by one of our customers, the information you submit is delivered to that customer's workspace. The customer is responsible for how they use it.

2. How we use your information

  • To provide, maintain, and improve the Service;
  • To process payments and manage subscriptions;
  • To send transactional emails (invitations, notifications, billing receipts);
  • To protect against fraud, abuse, and security threats;
  • To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. How we share information

We share information only with service providers that help us operate the Service:

  • Supabase — database and authentication hosting;
  • Vercel — application hosting;
  • Stripe — payment processing;
  • Resend — transactional email delivery.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users or the public.

4. Data retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active. When you delete your workspace or account, associated content is deleted from our production systems within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law (e.g., billing records).

5. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), encrypted storage, and role-based access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including under Mexico's Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal data, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below. You can also delete your own workspace and data directly from the Service settings.

7. Cookies

We use only essential cookies required to keep you signed in and operate the Service. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page and update the "Last updated" date.
