Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Tuesday Command (the "Service"), available at www.tuesdaycommand.com. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Tuesday Command is a work management platform that provides boards, automations, forms, and collaboration tools for individuals and businesses. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.

3. Workspaces and content

You retain ownership of all content you submit to the Service ("Customer Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, store, and display Customer Content solely to operate and improve the Service. Workspace administrators control who can access their workspace and its content. You are responsible for the content you and your invited members submit, including content collected through public forms you publish.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law;
  • Upload malicious code or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' data;
  • Use the Service to send spam or collect personal data without consent;
  • Resell or sublicense the Service without our written permission;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

5. Plans, billing, and trials

The Service offers a free plan and paid subscription plans (billed in Mexican pesos, MXN). Paid plans may include a free trial; when the trial ends, the payment method on file is charged automatically unless you cancel before the trial ends. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period (monthly or yearly) until cancelled. You can cancel or change your plan at any time from the billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details.

6. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, with notice where practicable. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases; we may delete Customer Content after a reasonable period.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tuesday Command shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
